FEATURE GALLERY Pat Cotton - Painter April 2009
|
A graduate of Butler University and
Herron School of Art, Pat is a former
teacher and librarian and has traveled
extensively in Europe, South America
and other countries. She has studied
art history and attended painting
classes in France and Italy with various
universities and schools.
Her art has been exhibited
internationally including Musee
Pont-Aven, France, French Library
and Cultural Center in Boston and the
French Embassy in Wash. D.C.. She
has permanent exhibitions in CCA and
in Lafayette Renaissance Academy.
Pat explores content and style and is
fascinated with figurative subject
matter. Her use of saturated color and
rhythmic movement remain a constant.
