Kwang Cha (K.C.) is a
native of South Korea
who combines her
philosophy with her
American training to
create a vibrant world
of color and image. K.
C. says, “My paintings
are a window to my
spirit.”
K.C. received her MFA
in painting from Indiana
State University. She
received her BFA from
Herron School of Art,
with a major in painting
and a minor in drawing.
She's attended both
Pont-Aven School of
Art in France and
Hunan Normal
University in China and
has taught figure
drawing at Herron and
painting at John
Waldron Arts Center.
She has exhibited in S.
Korea, France, New
York, Illinois, Florida
and Kentucky. She is a
member of Brown
County Art Gallery and
Museum in Nashville, IN.
