Weiss studied at the
Cincinnati Art Academy,
The University of Cincinnati
College of Fine Art and
received a Bachelor of Fine
Art at Illinois State
University. She also owes
much to her studies with
Albert Handell, Sally
Strand, Eric Weigardt and
Robert Eberel.
Known for colorful
impressionist landscapes in
pastel, oil and acrylic, Judy
strives to bring a sense of
poetic place in her work.
She has recently in the
West, Southeast and
Europe painting and
photographing on location.
Judy's work is held in
corporate, private and
